My boyfriend who was still my suitor then took the first round to give me a head start, then we switched places. Honestly it looked so easy but when it was my turn to drive, I found it very difficult to handle the wheel and pedals at the same time. To cut the story short, he took charge of the wheel while my sole task was the gas and brake pedal. We were so slow especially during turning that the others (total strangers) had already finished. They were waiting for us in their parked Karts because it's prohibited to leave the track until every single one has halted. I really was beyond mortified. Until now I can clearly remember that experience which I guess was what made me resistant and terrified of driving. :(
But when I saw the 2014 Ford Fiesta, I instantly fell in love with it. For the first time, I felt an intense desire to drive and own a car. The compact size and lush color were really what made my heart say yes. Aside from phantom Purple, I liked hot Magenta but the dealer I contacted told me it's not available locally.
One: Finally and seriously learn how to drive.
Two: Save, save, and then save some more!
..and this is where my 2014 Financial Goal comes in.
Breathe in, breathe out, and keep your eyes on the prize girl. =)
