It's so easy to make and you're finished in less than 30 minutes. Provided the rice is already cooked of course. Scroll down to see the finished product!
Drooling and craving for more as I'm typing this. Darn it, I am so biased, lol.
2-3 cups japanese rice
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
In a separate bowl, mix together:
12 oz. imitation crab
1/2 - 2/3 cup Kewpie mayo (Depends how much you're a mayo lover)
1/4 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup tobiko fish roe (I didn't buy this coz it's too expensive lol)
On a baking pan:
1st layer: rice mixture
2nd layer: some furikake
3rd layer: kani mixture
Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes. Put more furikake on top as desired. Get some nori sheets and voila, enjoy your awesome sushi bake!!
